Issue of Debt 
Nomura Bank International plc (the "Issuer") announces that the final aggregate 
nominal amount in respect of the issue of Collared STIBOR Notes (ISIN: 
SE0003557925) (the "Notes") issued pursuant to its Note, Certificate and Warrant 
Programme Base Prospectus dated 27 August 2010, as supplemented (the "Base 
Prospectus"), will be SEK 23,360,000. 
A copy of each of (i) details of the final aggregate nominal amount of the 
Notes, (ii) the Final Terms dated 26 November 2010 in respect of the Notes 
(which are annexed to the Supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 26 November 
2010) (the "Final Terms") and (iii) the Base Prospectus are available to 
investors free of charge upon request during normal business hours from Monday 
to Friday each week (public holidays excepted) at the registered offices of: 
(a)        Nomura Bank International plc, being at Nomura House, 1 St. 
Martin's-le-Grand, London, EC1A 4NP; and 
(b)        Nomura International plc, being at Nomura House, 1 St.
