                            BEA - TRADING ANNOUNCEMENT

The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 189.800 of it's own shares, 
138.450 A-shares and 51.350 B-shares for respectively NOK 168,26 and NOK 154,13.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 138.450 of it's own
A-shares and 52.350 of it's own B-shares.
