bpha 2021/22 Financial Statements

bpha today (25 July 2022) released its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2022, reporting a strong financial performance. The report shows that the core operating business continued its strong and stable performance delivering an operating surplus of GBP47m with a core operating margin of 42% (2021: 43%). The development and sales operation showed an expected rebound with a record high turnover of GBP59m (2021: GBP40m).

bpha continued its investment in new affordable homes having built 307 in the year, in addition to investing GBP35m in existing homes.
