-- Final Terms dated 14 January 2019 in respect of an issue by State of Israel (the Issuer) of EUR 1,250,000,000 1.500 per cent. Notes due 16 January 2029; and

-- Final Terms dated 14 January 2019 in respect of an issue by the Issuer of EUR 1,250,000,000 2.500 per cent. Notes due 16 January 2049.

The Notes are issued under the EUR10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by the Issuer.
