Notification regarding optional redemption of the Notes in whole

The Issuer hereby gives notice pursuant to Condition 5(d)(i) (Optional Redemption in Full) of the Conditions of the Notes to the Noteholders that it intends to redeem all of the Notes in each Class at an amount equal to their Principal Amount Outstanding together with accrued (and unpaid) interest on the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Notes up to but excluding the date of redemption on the Interest Payment Date falling on 20 September 2022.
