Amended and Restated Final Terms in relation to OP Corporate Bank plc's (the "Issuer") EUR 50,000,000 Fixed Rate Instruments due 23 August 2027 (ISIN: XS0819129395 ) ("Series 139"); and

Amended and Restated Final Terms in relation to the Issuer's EUR 30,000,000 Fixed Rate Instruments due 21 March 2034 (ISIN: XS1048099367) ("Series 169").

Background

Further to the amendments relating to Series 139 and Series 169 agreed between the Issuer and the holders of each Series, the Issuer is publishing each Amended and Restated Final Terms.

In relation to Series 139, the Amended and Restated Final Terms dated 1 July 2021 amend and restate the Final Terms originally dated 17 August 2012. In relation to Series 169, the Amended and Restated Final Terms dated 1 July 2021 amend and restate the Final Terms originally dated 19 March 2014.
