Supplemental Prospectus dated 19 March 2019 (the Supplemental Prospectus) relating to the EUR7.5 billion Global Covered Bond Programme of Skipton Building Society unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Skipton Building Society Covered Bonds Limited Liability Partnership.

The Supplemental Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 22 June 2018 and the supplemental prospectus dated 1 August 2018 (together, the "Prospectus").
