Introduction

Skipton Building Society (the Society) published its Annual Report on 24 February 2021 and accordingly is submitting its AIU to the UK Listing Authority as required under Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I No 324 of 2005) and in accordance with paragraph 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules. The Society is publishing the AIU via an RNS today.
