HGI Group Limited (the Company) announces that on 3 May 2012 it is intended to cancel the listing of the outstanding GBP 142,592,000 6.50 per cent Notes due 2 May 2012 (the Debt Securities) from the Official List and the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Gilt-Edged and Fixed Interest Market following their payment due on 2 May 2012 and in accordance with the terms of their issue.
