NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT AND DELISTING

to the holders of its

AED 7,500,000,000 Trust Certificates due 2012 (ISIN XS0332171700)

(the "Certificates")

The full aggregate principal amount of the Certificates and all outstanding amounts in relation thereto have now been redeemed by the Company and the Certificates will accordingly be fully cancelled and the associated trust will be dissolved. This announcement serves as a notification to the holders of the Certificates that this settlement process has taken place on 21 June 2012 and is now complete and final.
