SUSPENSION OF GBP250,000,000 2.500% GUARANTEED BOND DUE 2024 ("THE BOND")

Further to the announcement made on 19 December 2022 regarding the publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 3 July 2022 (the "FY22 Results"), Go-Ahead confirms that, following application to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), listing of the Bond on the Official List of the FCA is suspended temporarily with effect from 7.30am on 3 January 2023 until publication of the FY22 Results which is currently expected to be by the end of January 2023.

The person responsible for arranging the release of this announcement on behalf of the Company is Carolyn Ferguson, Company Secretary.
