The Company announces today that Moody's Investors Service Limited has affirmed the Baa2 long term issuer rating of Annington Limited and has assigned a provisional (P)Baa2 rating to the Issuer's EMTN programme (the "Programme") and a Baa2 to each series of Notes currently outstanding under the Programme. The outlook on all the ratings is stable. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings UK Limited ("S&P") has been requested to withdraw its long term BBB issuer rating of Annington Limited and its BBB rating in respect of the Programme and each series of Notes currently outstanding and this withdrawal was announced by S&P earlier today. The outlook was stable at the time of the withdrawal.

Fitch Ratings Limited continues to assign a long term issuer default rating of BBB to Annington Limited and a BBB rating in relation to the Programme and each series of Notes currently outstanding.
