High Court Judgment in JUDICIAL REVIEW CASE Filed by Annington AGAINST The MINISTRY OF DEFENCE

Annington Funding plc (the "Company") confirms that the High Court of Justice has handed down its judgment in respect of the Judicial Review filed by Annington Property Limited ("Annington") on 11 March 2022 against the Ministry of Defence ("MoD") which was heard in the Administrative Court and Chancery Division of the High Court in February 2023.

The judgment was handed down today at 12.00 noon (London Time). The full judgment is available online at www.annington.co.uk . Annington is considering the full judgment and will provide an update in due course.
