Annington Funding plc (the "Company") gives notice to the Noteholders of an investor update conference call which will be held at 3 pm (London Time) on Wednesday 17 May 2023, and will be moderated by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Annington Property Limited ("Annington").

Following the RNS announcement released on 15 May 2023, the purpose of this conference call is to update the Noteholders in relation to the judgment handed down by the High Court of Justice on 15 May 2023 in respect of the Judicial Review filed by Annington on 11 March 2022 against the Ministry of Defence ("MoD") which was heard in the Administrative Court and Chancery Division of the High Court in February 2023.

The full judgment is available online on the Annington website ( www.annington.co.uk) . The judgment has found against Annington. Annington is disappointed in the result, and is of the view that the Court was wrong to conclude that the steps taken by the MoD are lawful. Annington will appeal the decision.
