                                 Result of AGM 
 
Albion  Technology & General VCT  PLC (the "Company") announces  that all of the 
resolutions put to the shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held 
at  the City of  London Club, 19 Old  Broad Street, London,  EC2N 1DS on 21 June 
2010 were duly passed. 
 
Resolutions  1 to 8 related to Ordinary Business. Resolutions 9 to 11 related to 
Special Business, as set out below: 
 
Resolution  9: To extend  the Directors'  authority to  allot shares pursuant to 
section 551 of the Companies Act 2006. 
 
Resolution  10: To empower Directors to  allot shares with statutory pre-emption 
rights pursuant to section 570 of the Companies Act 2006. 
 
Resolution  11: To extend  the authority  for the  Company to  make one  or more 
market  purchases of Ordinary Shares and C Ordinary Shares in the capital of the 
Company pursuant to section 693(4) and 727 of the Companies Act 2006. 
Under Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolutions will be submitted to the UK 
Listing Authority, and will shortly be available via the UK Listing Authority's 
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
