                              Total Voting Rights


In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1) we announce
that the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is GBP
5,134,997.

The increase during September was due to an early exercise under the Company's
Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 51,349,974 ordinary shares of 10p
each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 51,349,974.

The above figure of 51,349,974 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
