  ratio as at close of business on 24 March 2023, calculated 
  in accordance with the recommendations of the Association of 
  Investment Companies.

  debt (net of cash held) is valued at par. In addition, investments

  The Company has therefore relied on the valuation and reporting 
  methods used by the managers or administrators of the underlying
