SUSPENSION OF LISTING AND TRADING 
The Company announces that, as set out in the circular (the "Circular") to 
shareholders published on 19 November 2009, the Company's KSEPT 2009 shares of 
1p each were suspended from listing on the Official List of the UK Listing 
Authority and from trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange at 
7.30 a.m. this morning, 18 December 2009. It is expected that listing of those 
shares in the Official List of the UK Listing Authority will be cancelled no 
later than by 8.00 a.m. on 21 December 2009.
