                              Directors' Dealings 
The Issue of Equity announcement released at 7.05am on 8 July 2010 with RNS 
number 0150P has been amended as follows: 
"In addition, on 7 July 2010, Andrew Fletcher, a director of the Company, 
informed the Company that on 7 July 2010 he had acquired 1,235,940 ordinary 
shares of 0.1p each from Maji." 
The table has been adjusted to include this information. 
The full amended text is shown below: 
Under the terms of the agreement between the Company, Maji Capital Partners 
Limited ("Maji") and certain creditors of Maji (the "Maji Creditors"); Maji has 
discharged all amounts owed to it by the Company in consideration of which, the 
Company has issued, in aggregate, 19,962,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p per 
share (the "Maji Shares") to the Maji Creditors. 
Two of the Maji Creditors are also directors of the Company and so their 
interests in the Company will be increased as set out in the table below. 
In addition, on 7 July 2010, Andrew Fletcher, a director of the Company, 
informed the Company that on 7 July 2010 he had acquired 1,235,940 ordinary 
shares of 0.1p each from Maji.

The Maji Shares will rank pari passu with the ordinary shares already in issue. 
Application has been made for the admission to trading of the Maji Shares and 
dealings are expected to commence at 8.00am on 13 July 2010. 
Following the issue of the Maji Shares, the issued share capital of the Company 
is 136,519,100 ordinary shares of 0.1p each.  As the Company does not hold any 
shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company 
under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
