    Change of director's interest

    AIM Resources Limited ("the Company") (ASX: AIM, AIM: AIMR) announces that it was notified on 7 November 2008 that Mr William Cash,
Executive Director of the Company purchased 159,400 Ordinary Shares on 4 November 2008 at A$0.02 per share, 330,600 Ordinary Shares on 5
November 2008 at $0.025 and 160,000 Ordinary Shares on 6 November 2008 at an average price of A$0.024 per share.



    Following the above transactions, Mr William Cash has a direct interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares and an indirect interest in 900,000
Ordinary Shares, held by Cashmere Super Pty Ltd on behalf of Mr Cash's Cashmere Super Fund A/C, representing 0.1% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
