Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following court sanction of the scheme of arrangement of Alent plc (the "Company") on 20 November 2015, awards previously granted under the Alent Share Plan ("Awards") vested or became exercisable.

The Company announces that on 23 November 2015 it was notified that a beneficial interest in ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") were acquired by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, as a result of Awards vesting / being exercised, as follows:
