provision 6, The AIM Distribution Trust VCT plc announces the
following:

The Company's capital at 29 August 2008 consists of 13,150,849
 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each. The Company does not hold any
shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in The AIM Distribution
Trust plc is 13,150,849.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The AIM
Distribution Trust VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
