                         Armour Group plc (the "Group")

                             AGM Statement


Armour Group plc, the UK's leading consumer electronics group focused on the
in-car communication and entertainment and home entertainment markets is holding
its Annual General Meeting at 12.00 today. Bob Morton, Chairman, will make the
following statement:-


"The new financial year has started well, with both the Group as a whole, and
each of the operating divisions trading well ahead of last year and comfortably
above our expectations. Strong demand across all sales channels in the home
electronics market and improving sales in the automotive OEM sector have
combined to deliver a good first quarter for the Group.


With an encouraging start to the year across both divisions the Board is
confident about the Group's prospects and its ongoing growth potential."
