ANS Group announces that Martin Bradburn, an Executive Director of the Company, has resigned with immediate 
effect to pursue other business interests. The Board would like to thank Martin for his valuable service to ANS 
Group and wish him well for the future. 
 
Following this resignation the Directors of the Company are interested in a total of 6,407,888 Ordinary Shares 
representing 52.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.

leaves a fantastic legacy behind.  Martin has the full support of the board as he moves on to new challenges",
