Investment Management Update 
 
When the Company was launched, Edinburgh Partners Limited ("Edinburgh 
Partners") was appointed as the Company's investment manager with Dr. Sandy 
Nairn and Mr. Graham Campbell being the principal investment managers at 
Edinburgh Partners responsible for the management of the assets of the Company 
(the "Assets"). The Company announces that Dr. Sandy Nairn will continue as the 
principal investment manager from Edinburgh Partners and that Mr. Graham 
Campbell will no longer be involved in the management of the Assets.
