Transaction in own shares 
 
The Company announces that on 30 November 2010 it purchased 15,000 of its own 
Ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of GBP0.965. The shares have been placed 
into Treasury. 
 
Following this repurchase the Company has 10,132,438 Ordinary shares held in 
Treasury. The number of shares in issue is 83,275,319. The number of shares in 
issue, less those held in Treasury, is 73,142,881.
