Offer for Subscription and Directors' Shareholdings

The  Company  announces  that  on   5  April  2007,  the  offer   for
subscription of up to  25,000,000 ordinary shares  in the capital  of
the Company and Apollo VCT 2 plc closed and that under the offer, the
following Directors were allotted and  issued new Ordinary Shares  in
the capital of the Company:
