                  Park Group Chairman at AGM


Addressing   today's  annual  meeting  in  Birkenhead,   Peter
Johnson, Chairman of Park Group plc, said:

"The  Group is currently operating at or around budget  levels
except  for Park Online where new business expectations within
the last two months have not materialised.  It is too early to
say  whether this shortfall can be made good in this financial
year  but meanwhile the company is looking further at its cost
base with a view to minimising bottom line impact."

Mr.  Johnson also told the meeting that following the  already
announced  departure by mutual agreement of the  former  chief
executive  Alastair  Kerr  and the  resignation  of  two  non-
executive  directors, he was taking steps  to  strengthen  the
board.  He added that he was convinced significant costs could
be taken out of the business without harming revenue.
