                      Acquisition of Home Farm Hampers Ltd


Park Group plc ("Park") is pleased to announce that the OFT has decided not to
refer the acquisition of Home Farm Hampers Ltd ("Home Farm") to the Competition
Commission under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002.


Peter Johnson, Executive Chairman of Park Group, said: "We are pleased with the
decision the OFT has made as we always had the view that the Christmas savings
business forms only part of a demonstrably wider market, where Park has only a
small market share. The acquisition of Home Farm will provide additional
customers for Park as well as other operational benefits."
