                               HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Board of Acquisitor Holdings Ltd ("Acquisitor Holdings" or "the Company")
announces that on 11 February 2005 it acquired 400,000 ordinary shares of 50p
each in CSS Stellar plc ("CSS Stellar"), being 1.4% of the total voting shares
of the Company in issue.

As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings in
CSS Stellar is 2,843,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 9.8% of the total
voting shares in issue.
