                  HOLDING IN COMPANY IN ARTICON-INTEGRALIS AG
                              UPDATE ON TINOPOLIS


Following the purchase of 586,445 shares in German listed Articon-Integralis AG
on 12 March 2005, Acquisitor Holdings Ltd is interested in a total of 1,094,022
shares, representing 10.6% of the total issued share capital.

Acquisitor Holdings Ltd also announces that it has a beneficial interest in 
1,089,385 ordinary shares, representing 4.38% of the issued share capital, in 
Tinopolis plc, the Llanelli based television and new media company.

Duncan Soukup, Deputy Chairman of Acquisitor Holdings Ltd, is also a 
Non-Executive Director of Tinopolis plc.
