            ACQUISITOR HOLDINGS REDUCES STAKE IN AIR METHODS TO 8.1%

On 16 November 2005, Acquisitor Holdings Ltd ("the Company") filed a Schedule
13D Amendment No.3 under the rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission following sales of 175,510 shares of Common Stock of Air Methods
Corporation (Nasdaq ticker AIRM). The Company now owns 890,490 shares or 8.1% of
the Common Stock.

Duncan Soukup, Deputy Chairman of the Company, commented: "We maintain our
positive outlook for Air Methods and belief in the company's management.
However, as its stock price increases, it becomes a disproportionately larger
portion of our holdings. Accordingly, we have sold shares to reduce our exposure
to market risk. We have realised profits of approximately #540,000 from these
sales."
