Announcement of NAV as at 30 April 2015

The Company announces that the unaudited net asset value per share is GBP0.58, amounting to a net asset value of GBP23,093,732.17 million.

As the portfolio of the Company is now in cash or near cash, no monthly factsheet will be produced for April 2015.

The Board of the Company will update shareholders on the methodology for cash returns by means of a further RNS announcement in due course.
