Arena Leisure Plc (the "Company") notes the announcement last night from Go
Racing, that racecourses representing over 70% of UK off-course betting
turnover have signed the Media Rights Agreement. The Company expects to make a
detailed announcement in relation to Go Racing on Tuesday 8 May, at which time
the Company also expects its securities to be reinstated to listing.
