Arena Leisure is pleased to announce that as at close of business yesterday,
57 out of the 59 UK racecourses had signed up to the exclusivity period to
conclude Go Racing's arrangements by 15 December 2000.


Accordingly, the conditions relating to the number of racecourses accepting Go
Racing's offer have been satisfied and Go Racing will continue to work with
the Racecourse Association and it's advisers to conclude arrangements by 15
December 2000.
