Arena, in connection with its involvement in Go Racing, wishes to bring
investors' attention to the following:


The Racecourse Association has, in the light of the enquiry being launched
into the bidding process, agreed to extend the period of exclusivity offered
to the Go Racing consortium from 15 December 2000 to midnight on 17 January
2001.
