                  National Hunt Racing Returns to Royal Windsor

Arena Leisure Plc ("Arena") is pleased to announce that following agreement on a
programme of co-operation between Arena and Ascot racecourse, National Hunt
racing will return this winter to Arena's Royal Windsor racecourse.

The programme of jump racing will commence this weekend, 19 - 20 November, with
total prize money of #175,000. All races will be broadcast live on At The Races,
with the Saturday programme to be screened as part of BBC1's "Grandstand"
programming.

There will be a further weekend's jump racing on 17 -18 December. This meeting
will again be screened live on At The Races and BBC TV, and will also include
the prestigious Long Walk Hurdle Handicap. Total prize money for the meeting
will be #236,000.

Arena has agreed with Ascot Racecourse to hold a series of races at its courses
during the period of Ascot's redevelopment.

Ian Penrose, Chief Executive of Arena Leisure, owner and operator of Royal
Windsor racecourse, said:

"Royal Windsor racecourse is well known for its beautiful Summer racing on the
flat and Arena is delighted to be able to extend its offer to National Hunt
followers during the winter months. This will bring additional income to the
course and boost its appeal across the racing industry."
