    Solcara enters partnership agreement


    The Board of ArgentVive is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a partnership agreement with The WS Society, Scotland's
independent association for lawyers. The partnership agreement is between Solcara Limited ("Solcara"), ArgentVive's main operating business,
and the WS Society.

    Solcara and the WS Society have developed a new online service called "The Signet Online" that will provide subscribers with streamlined
access to multiple sources of legal information.

The Signet Online (www.thesignetonline.com) will be provided to legal professionals across the world on a subscription basis. The service is
currently live to a selected group of WS Society members and will be on general release to all members by the end of September 2008 prior to
the formal launch in early November.

    SolSearch, Solcara's web-based search technology, is well established with a number of major law firms where it is used to simplify
access to internal and online information.  The Signet Online will enable law firms of all sizes and across all geographies to access
multiple online legal resources using SolSearch.

    Ray Jackson, ArgentVive's Chief Executive, commented:

larger firms. Central to this is the shared revenue model Solcara and the Society have put in place. This is a further endorsement of

all, from the high street solicitor to medium sized firms. We believe that the service is unique within the UK legal sector and we
anticipate that this will form the basis of additional services that we offer in partnership with The WS Society targeted at the UK and
other legal jurisdictions."

    "Our objective with The Signet Online is to give lawyers a convenient desktop tool that supports their research needs from within their
own office. This is all part of our transition from a hard copy lending model to a contemporary and comprehensive knowledge services

subscription basis. Our own members and WS law firms will benefit from a significant discount."
