On December 12, 2007, Verge Living Corporation, the Company's fully owned
subsidiary, started preparatory works for Verge construction project in Las
Vegas. The works comprise dismantling and evacuation of the building in the
land, and the moving of electricity and infrastructure lines in the ground, in a
way that will allow further construction.
