Final Dividend 
 
 
Atlantic Global Plc, the specialist provider of Project Portfolio Management 
("PPM") software applications, confirms that, further to the Company's 
Preliminary Results today which announced a final dividend of 0.4p per ordinary 
share, the record date for this dividend is 14 April 2009.  The dividend is 
expected to be paid no later than 15 May 2009. The associated ex-dividend date 
is 8 April 2009.
