                                Planning Update 
 
The Company announces that the planning application for its Bothwell Park 
factory site in Scotland ("Bothwell") to be converted to a retail site has not 
been approved by South Lanarkshire Council. 
 
In the Interim Results for the period ended 31 July 2009, released by the 
Company on 30 September 2009, it stated that the sale of Bothwell would be 
likely in the latter half of the 2010/11 financial year. The Board now believes 
that any sale in this time frame is unlikely. The Company is evaluating the 
decision and taking advice regarding the next steps which may include an appeal 
or a revised application.
