                          Share Holdings in Company



The Company was notified on 6 December 2005 that Mission Capital PLC is
interested in 6,624,444 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("
Ordinary Shares"), registered in the name of Pershing Keen Nominees Limited,
representing 19.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.



The Company was also notified that the following parties, having previously held
in aggregate 6,424,444 Ordinary Shares registered in the name of Pershing Keen
Nominees Limited, representing 18.65 per cent, no longer have a notifiable
interest in the Company, following a disposal of the Ordinary Shares on 5
December 2005:

Langdale is a subsidiary company of Control Components Limited and accordingly
both Control Components Limited and its majority shareholders (Robert Philip
Burrow and Angela Mary Burrow) have ceased to have an interest in the holding of
6,424,444 ordinary shares.



The Company has additionally been notified that Ronald Neil Sinclair and Pamela
Sinclair have ceased to have an interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares held by
Moorgate & City Investments Limited.  Accordingly, the aggregate number of
Ordinary Shares in the Company in which these parties have ceased to have an
interest is 6,624,444.
