Pinton Estates PLC (the "Company") 
GBP70,000,000 10.75% to 11.25% Stepped Interest First Mortgage Debenture Stock 
2012 (the "Stock"). 
The Company announced on 9 March 2009 that certain rent payments due for the 
first quarter of 2009 had not been received by the Company. As a result, the 
Company was unable to make the half-yearly coupon payment on the Stock due on 3 
March 2009 in full. 
In accordance with section 33(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rule 3.1 of 
the Insolvency Rules 1986, the Company has received formal notice that Nicholas 
Guy Edwards and Lee Antony Manning of Deliotte LLP, have been appointed Joint 
Administrative Receivers and Managers of the Company by the Prudential Assurance 
Company Limited acting as Security Trustee.
