BlueCrest ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

Euro Share Class Redemption Price and Payment Date

On 4 August 2014 the Company announced that it was seeking shareholder approval to compulsorily redeem all of the Euro Shares. On 27 August 2014 the Company announced that the shareholder resolutions had passed. The Euro Shares were all cancelled on 2 October 2014.

The Company can now confirm that the redemption price for the redeemed Euro Shares is EUR1.8576 per share.

The payments will be credited to CREST on 17 November 2014 for non-certificated holders and the cheques will be sent on 17 November 2014 for certificated holders.
