BlueCrest ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

Cessation of providing German Tax Reporting Information

On 10 February 2015 the Company, by means of a company announcement, requested that users of the German tax reporting information provided by the Company contact the Secretary before 27 February 2015, to assist the Company in carrying out a cost benefit analysis for providing publically each year German tax reporting information on each share class in issue, as required by section 5 Investmentsteuergestz of Germany (the "Data").

As the Secretary did not receive any response the Board of the Company has resolved to cease providing the Data with immediate effect.
