             Press Release: Short selling disclosures, clarification

25 September 2008

1. Tiger Global Management, LLC ("Tiger") is a fund manager on behalf of the
following funds:

               i. Tiger Global, LP;

              ii. Tiger Global, LTD; and

             iii. Tiger Global II, LP.

                  together the "Funds".

2. Tiger, as fund manager of the Funds, has aggregated all short positions in
securities held by the Funds.

3. Yesterday (24 September 2008), Tiger made disclosures (the "Disclosures") in
the following securities which displayed the aggregate position held by the
Funds (and not individual fund positions):

               i. Alliance & Leicester PLC;

              ii. Bradford & Bingley PLC;

             iii. Irish Life & Permanent PLC;

              iv. Bank of Ireland; and

               v. Anglo Irish Bank Corp PLC.

                 together the "Securities".

4. The individual positions detailed in these Disclosures relate to the
positions held on various dates (which are detailed in the Disclosures) across
the Funds (and are not separate positions). They should not be aggregated.
Therefore the correct aggregate positions across the Funds were:
