Conversion between Share Classes

The conversion notice released this morning in respect of the September 2014 calculation day has been withdrawn following the Company's announcement on 27 June 2014 whereby the Directors resolved to compulsorily convert all of the US$ Shares which had not been tendered into Sterling Shares.

It is expected that conversion will take effect on 16 July 2014.

A further announcement will be made in due course with details of the conversion ratio and confirming the conversion date.

Following the compulsory July 2014 conversion, there will be no further conversions.
