SPI Finance Plc refers to the announcement made by Resolution plc on 3 April
2007 and confirms that the #125,000,000 8.75 per cent. undated subordinated
guaranteed bonds issued by SPI Finance Plc (the "Bonds") will be redeemed on 13
May 2007.  Accordingly the admission to trading and listing in respect of the
Bonds will be cancelled on 14 May 2007.
