Further to the Company's announcement of 8 September relating to the Company's proposal to repay its 5% Cumulative Preference Stock and its 7.5% Cumulative Preference Stock, JLP announces that today it posted to shareholders an explanatory circular (the "Circular") convening a general meeting. The Circular has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism.
