On 25 April 2007 Betbrokers was notified that Daniel Quill and his wife Amanda
Quill have disposed of a total of 10,126,358 ordinary shares in the Company at
5.5p per share. Following this notification Daniel and Amanda Quill no longer
have a disclosable interest in the Company.

On 25 April 2007 Betbrokers was notified that Steven Wood and his wife Sara Wood
have disposed of a total of 12,437,280 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of 5.5p per share. Following this notification Steven and Sara Wood no longer
have a disclosable interest in the Company.

On 25 April 2007 Betbrokers was notified that Brian Kaye, a non-executive
director of Betbrokers, has acquired 909,091 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 5.5p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Kaye now holds 3,984,576
ordinary shares representing 1.89 per cent. of the issued share capital.

On 25 April 2007 Betbrokers was notified that Princella Investments Limited 
("Princella Investments") has acquired 5,727,273 ordinary shares in the Company 
at a price of 5.5p per share. Following the purchase, Princella Investments now
holds 7,860,606 ordinary shares. Eddie Jordan, a non-executive director of
Betbrokers, is settlor and beneficiary of the trust which owns Princella
Investments. The combined shareholding of Mr Jordan and Princella Investments is
now 7,860,606 ordinary shares representing 3.72 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
